The hotel is wonderful with an amazing location, luxurious rooms, and staff that goes the extra mile to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. the rooms have a wonderful view and come equipped with a coffee maker.

The hotel has a great pool and a good location near the beach boardwalk, high rise hotels, restaurants, and shopping. The breakfast is delicious with a nice variety. The rooms are spacious, recently renovated, and offer amazing views. The staff is efficient and helpful.

I had a top-class, updated room complete with coffee and a panoramic view with a balcony. The Hyatt Regency Beach was just a minute walk from the hotel, and I really enjoyed its location close to casual dining options. I ate at the broiler restaurant near the property.

The breakfast here is delicious with a variety of breads, pastries, eggs, and meats, and the beds are so comfortable in the large.

The hotel was original and clean, had nice views, an incredible location on the beach. Truly enjoyed the king room, felt like we were home. The property was adjacent to decent restaurants, cute shops, and water sports.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with many restaurants right across the street. We enjoyed having the option to dine at different places during our stay. Additionally, the breakfast at the Laguna restaurant was delicious and provided a great start to our day. The beach was just steps away from the hotel, allowing us to easily enjoy the beautiful ocean views and take a break from the sun when needed.

One negative aspect was the additional charges for services such as baggage fees and the 18% service fee.

They have a serious problem with the awnings and palapas. On the beach, it's a business for the people who run it. We think it's very bad that for the price you pay you have to pay for a shady place both on the beach and in the pool. They have a reservation system without cost. completely absurd and unpleasant, which implies for the guest. discomfort and malaise. They tell you that you can only book online at 4pm and when you enter the site everything is booked. You can do it physically but you have to wait from 3pm to reach it. They tell you that there are other ways to get there at 7am, such as placing things on the beach that you don't pay for, but guess what they are. Well, when you arrive the beach attendants have already put towels on all the chairs and there is no room for one. We saw that they use it to get tips or an extra payment from the guest. It is a very bad thing that leaves a lot to be desired and we see that it is not Hilton's policy.

breakfast is very good, there are several options. food in the restaurants is very good. attention of the staff in restaurants, beach and pool is very good. Not so those of the front desk people. furniture of the common areas is modern and areas are very clean. beach is excellent, for me it is the best in the area. Near the hotel there are warehouses, restaurants and bars. Some rooms require renovation in bathrooms and furniture.

The person who attended to us on our arrival announced a "room upgrade" and what he did was abusively place us in a room without an ocean view overlooking a parking lot, when we had reserved a room with an ocean view and an extra large bed. He tricked us and gave the reservation to other guests. When we called to complain they left us waiting and never returned the call, we insisted and they changed us to a small room with two single beds and a view of the garden. When we made the claim they replied that "there was no more" that everything was full. Very bad service. After almost two hours of claiming, they gave us a bonus of USD$150 for staying that night in the room we didn't book and they changed us to another room with an extra large bed but a view of the garden the next day. We never got the room we booked more than 6 months in advance and paid for. This is an abuse that tarnishes all the good things about the hotel. So be very careful if you are offered an "UPGRADE" it is a scam.

This tropical paradise had a laid-back island vibe with dense palm trees and a beautiful pool and beach area. The Aruba tower rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast package was worth it. The location was excellent, with a toddler-friendly beach and shops and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking to unwind on the beach.

Modern hotel located in a safe area very close to Aruba, restaurants, and bars. Extremely clean building and recently refurbished rooms with 2 double beds. Good choice of options for breakfast, EXCELLENT fresh bread, pastries, eggs, and meats.

1st class hotel in a very open area, walking distance to a movie theater and cafés. Early check in and late check out. Outdoor bar and great pool. Wonderful location of the property, walking distance to a tower and a theater. For shots visit Salt & Pepper, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

The hotel is fairly clean, with efficient personal, and offers amazing location right by the beach boardwalk, the Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino and a bird `` garden ''.
